Steve has lived in New York State for the last 29 years and in Valatie for the past 18. He is recently remarried with two children both off at college and two step children who live away from home. Originally from NJ Steve is a licensed engineer and has worked in the power industry for the last 38 years where he manages the Operations & Maintenance Department of a large power plant. He's a certified welder, electrician and worked as a machinist/millwright before moving into the management side of the business 22 years ago. He also owned and ran a senior care business in town. He regularly volunteers his time helping seniors make repairs in their homes to keep their costs down. Steve's been involved in real estate in one way or another for the last 30 years and recently received his real estate license. Steve enjoys spending his time in the Adirondacks where he owns a camp, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking and sitting around the camp fire with his friends and family.
