In 2000 Diane fell in love with Columbia County and moved from Long Island to make the area her home. Her growing interest and enthusiasm in real estate began with the move, and continued to grow while raising a family and teaching full time in the County. Diane specializes in residential properties. Diane has been in the real estate business for over 4 years.and has also purchased, renovated, rented, and sold her own properties. Her experience best serves homebuyers, investors, and sellers before, during, and long after the sale.
As a retired educator of 30 years, Diane knows the importance of listening, learning, and clearly communicating when it comes to the needs and goals of buyers and sellers. Meeting those needs and goals is what drives her. Diane is proud to be part of the Gilcrest team and shares its values of integrity, respect, and collaboration.
Diane is still amazed by all the area has to offer and believes there is truly something for everyone here. She currently sits on the Town of Stuyvesant Planning board, is a board member for the New York State Humane Association, and a member of the Friends of the Kinderhook Memorial Library. Diane enjoys helping animals, gardening, camping, kayaking, and walking nature trails with her husband and two dogs.
