It was bought in foreclosure and then we spent a year renovating and updating before we moved in. I learned so much from that experience and then got hooked on looking at properties on Zillow everyday, curious to see what else was out there. I especially loved seeing the pictures and then finding out how much the house sold for. The entire process intrigued me so much so that I decided to dive into the business side of things and got my real estate license the summer of 2023.
